We'll be invoicing tonight, don't worry! We just wanted to wait to get the best possible exchange rate before we leave.

Oh yes, I'm interested in your service.

But I have a question: Do I have to buy the things you found for me or can I say 'No', if they are too expensive?

Hello,
For in store you can tell the price by looking in the webshop.
For Closet Child, you give us a max for the item, which is what we will invoice you for. We will only purchase the item for you if it's cost and the fees is equal or less than your max. This way you will not pay any more than you are willing to.
Thank you for your interest.

Okay, thank you. :)
Can I have your E-Mail adress?
I would send you a wishlist with the max of money I would pay for it.

Hi!
I would know 2 things:

1)I pay only if you find the item, isn'it? Or I must give a deposit before?
2)How do you control in Closet Child shop?
I mean:
If you go to the shop one day and the item there isn't,do you return to the shop,or you don't?

Thanks!

We do require a deposit for the cost of the item or your max for Closet Child items. It we are unable to get your item, you will get an immediate refund.
We will be visiting Closet Child multiple times/ multiple stores. So unless we are given a deadline, we will continue looking for the duration of our visit.
Thank you for your interest.

How much would shipping be to 68108?

It depends on what you are ordering. In general EMS for a dress and accessory is around $30 USD.

Hi! I have a few questions about your Closet Child shopping service...for example, if I give you $200 to get a dress, and they don't have the dress, when you refund the money I would loose about $20 to paypal fees. Is there any way to avoid this? Would sending the money as a 'gift' on paypal (to avoid fees) be too unprofeshional? Or could I just give you a $50 deposit or so?

If money is refunded, the paypal fees are returned as well, so you would not lose any money.
THank you for your interest.

Okay ^^ Sorry, I was confused xD would I have to give you the $200 up front, or could I give you a deposit and pay the rest later if you find it?

We would need the fill cost up front, since we do not have enough funds to purchase items with only partial deposits, and items can sell out before we are able to return and purchase them.
