So once the escaped prisoners feel that they are in a safe space now, they get around to introducing themselves to each other. And we learn that D'Argo, the alien warrior guy, is hiarliously socially awkward around hot alien babes. He states the obvious, such as this line where he basically says, "You are Delvian. A priest. Uh, I heard that you're way into kinky temple sex, where you can make people experience something called the 9th sensation. Uh, not that I'm interested in that or anything!!"
I'm just paraphrasing here, he didn't exactly say all of that but this was how he basically came off to the priestess Zhann. And let me tell you, she was highly amused by this, and very casually remarks that she has indeed experienced temple sex.
They then talk about what got them imprisoned in the first place before they escaped. Apparently, Zhaan wasn't your average priestess... in fact she was a very naughty one who didn't really follow government protocol on her own home-planet. D'argo talks about how he killed his commanding officer in his army, and he says it with such regret that I can't help but wonder if it was some kind of accident that he blamed himself for.
