Tagging is also when you put a 'tag' on your journal entry which will work as a kind of 'sorting device' for your entries.

therefore, any entries with the same tag link at the top will appear when that tag is clicked.

So say you have a tag, for the sake of being hypothetical, called "Q".
Every entry you write about Q you Tag with the "Q" tag. Interspersed you write a number of other entries, but one day you want to just look at the entries where you wrote about Q. When that happens you find a single entry with the "Q" tag at the top and click it. Your journal will automatically filter out all of the interspersed entries which aren't tagged with "Q", and only show those that are.
