Lookit, I made a bird! It's from a pattern from the book The Artful Bird: Feathered Friends to Make and Sew by Abigail Patner Glassenberg. I did it at my internship.

That is SO CUTE.
I want one.
I like it better from the side. I'm a little meh about it from the front. I think part of it is the awkward pink (red?) chest piece going into the gray? I love the triple wings, and the fabrics, and everything else. Faaaabulous. <3 <3 <3

I'm all for borrowing the book! Not working very much = me sitting around the apartment in my pajamas all day, bored as anything.
