Our cat ran away.

I have no idea how she even got out of the apartment, let alone how we'll find her.

*sad*

If she hasn't been out before, she will be intimidated out there. She'll be smart enough to find her way home. Just keep an eye out nearby, and maybe let neighbors know with a little sign.

She's a taken-in kitty, so she knows Outside, I think. :(

She's a street cat. She knows how to hide. It's possible she's in heat, though, so she might wander further and longer.... I put up signs by the mailboxes and on a couple of streetlights.

I hope she comes home!

I'm sure once she's not in heat anymore she'll come waltzing back all preggo again! *hugs*

She's got a darn good life with you. I'd be surprised if she didn't come back. How well do you know your neighbors? Can you knock on a few doors, and give them a picture of her?

I knocked on doors, but no one was home. :-(

I put up a sign on our door, though, and in our window, and next to the mailboxes, and on some lampposts...

*sniff* I'm so worried!

Oh no! Like Tess said above, a cat who's been treated well will often come back once she realizes that it's cold outside and mice aren't as yummy as gooshy food, but having had a few cats go walkabout in my life, I know how scary it is while they're away. I'll keep a prayer out for her safe return. *hug*
