This, on the other hand... well, this stirred up a kernel of anxiety in his heart. Not for anything to do with the pollen, which had passed... but the situation between him and Anakin was still fragile, and he had no wish to inflict a hint of it on Anakin's family.
(Even if he did worry for them, from time to time.)
None of this was visible in his expression as he entered, mind you. He was smiling politely as he entered, sweeping the room in search of the hostess. "Hello there."

Anakin talking about Rory so much would have been adorable had Obi-Wan not had such vivid memories of Padmé's last days.
Her hand was taken and shaken regardless.

"If it helps, I met the other-you...oh, eight years ago? Nine? And it was under less comfortable circumstances," she added, when she felt a slight tugging on her dress.
"...and this is Juliet," she said, locating the source of the tugging -- Juliet was not usually prone to shyness, naturally, but she had her moments, and was peeking around her mother's waist curiously.
She was also, of course, dressed like the queen from that stupid movie about the cold. Rory was really kind over over all of that, but clearly her kindergartener wasn't.
