Mmm...
-Shirts: Medium or large, depends on the store.
-Pants: ranges from 8-12 on the store. Gap is usually like a 10. So 10ish to be safe, I wish all stores just went with the same measurement. Also, if pants, get "long" I can wear like a 6 around my waist, it's just my legs are so long that the ends of the pants hit my upper ankles. Bad legs ::bites them::
