I'm logging the IM of all anonymous posters, and these replies will be screened as well--meaning that I have to "ok" it before the rest of you get to see it :)

Sorry about the annoyance--I just want to be careful for a few weeks until this blows over. I've had too many bad experiences with online stalkers--relatively harmless, but still frustrating.

HAHA ohh thats interesting do tell... I have yet to hear any stories of, or be myself be stalked, (yes.. i am a guy.. but who knows.. it could happen :D ( ... )

ah crap... forgot to answer your question.

The main problem is, does he (i assume its a he :) ) have a static (always the same) or a dynamic IP address?

If static then there *might* be ways to do it, if dynamic, then you are stuck.

You can't block someone by IP address in regards to AIM. Your best bet is to go to privacy settings and set it so that only people on your buddy list can see you online. That's what I do.

I was thinking of that...but that rules out too many people. I do get the occasional interesting im's from semi-strangers...
