sam, i dont agree that if you study in college that you will necesserly do bad in school. I believe that you can study in college, because college is about studying. Now, on your yearly test thing you mentioned- the state tests that were given in high school, i know the MS high schools received the test are part of a general knowledge test. I dont see that people should stress themselves for a test like the ACT or SAT. There are people that have learning disabilites (ADD/ADHD), and they may need to take a test over or have as much free time on a test. Also since we can take the ACT/SAT tests multiple times doesnt necessarly mean that some people do not take school or the test seriously.Ive taken it 3 times and my highest is a 19. I plan on taking it again.
