Isn't it funny that we all sound puffed in our videos. The deep breathing cracks me up.
Now sorry, but you don't get out of it that easily! I have some questions:
#1. What sort of grass is that in the rows? Do sheep eat it like that in nice little rows? #2. What is your blue merle's dogs name again? #3. Why are it's legs so skinny compared to the rest of its body? #4. Tell me more about the tracking? Are you doing it on that grass? What are you currently working on. I need to do more tracking with Javelin. #5. That is some seriously flat land. Is it in a valley? #6. I think if we recorded ourselves saying "come on! come on!" people would be able to tell us apart
#1 Ryegrass. It is planted in rows. He doesn't run sheep on his land. #2 Ava #3 I don't know...maybe it's just the video. They don't look like that in person! #4 I laid a track, then took the dogs for a run in the back fields, came back 30 minutes later. I did four legs and 3 corners. #5 We are in the Willamette Valley. His land is pretty flat - good for farming. #6 Didn't mean to yell that into the camera-just had to raise my voice so they could hear me. :-) It is how I call them as a group! :-)
Does this help?
p.s. I re-watched it and Ava's legs do look really skinny. Hmm. I don't like listening to myself!
#1. What is the grass for then? Or his he REALLY into grass, in an OCD kind of way? #2.+3. Thanks and glad you don't really own a dog with peg legs #4. Nice one, did you just do it through the lumpy-row grass? #5. Thanks #6. It is funny because I swear we would sound identical! :)
p.s. listening to your own voice recorded is more difficult than pregnancy I have heard.
p.p.s Of course you have an accent! :) I have heard yours before on LJ. I am trying to work out who's earlier video it reminds me of...you wouldn't believe how relaxing your accent is. It makes me feel relaxed like I could drink hot chocolate any minute. How do you guys do that?
:-) Grass seed farming is a big deal in Oregon. So all kinds of grasses are grown and then harvested for seed, hay, animal feed, etc. This grass will get pretty tall by summer and then harvested.
Tracking: yes, I just tracked on what is there. I did cross the gravel road twice for something more interesting.
Glad to hear that about listening to your own voice - I feel much better now!
We all sound similar around here. Your accent is amazing and sounds so classy and sophisticated compared to the way we sound!
