I dunno, I guess I just thought I heard somewhere that unless you're on a salary they try to keep your hours down to 40 to avoid paying overtime...are you getting overtime?

If not, she's basically getting screwed.

I guess the theater can afford it, otherwise they wouldn't let her work that many hours.
