It's been a stressful few weeks. CS drama, work deadlines, feeling like I'm in over my head in both regards = too busy dog-paddling to notice the time. Flamin' retrograde doesn't seem to be helping either. *glares at sky

So, are you still working another job while you're running the store? Slightly confused by the whole asking the boss for a raise thing (if you're the boss).

I have a day job that pays for part of the shop. CS had and is about to have again a day job that pays for the rest. I make more than the store brings in + payroll, so it makes sense for me to stay employed. I work at the shop Thurs evenings and Saturdays, the day job M-F.
