The DS lacked the things I wanted and excelled at nothing I needed. It was unimpressive when I played with it but thats not where Nintendo will lose this market battle. No its in the developers that looms DS impeding doom

Granted I have not touched one PSP myself, I forsee Nintendo losing a tremendous amount of market-share in the hand-held gaming industry. Therefore, I agree 100%.
Nintendo suprisingly did well in their first release of the DS, still figuring out how. I think you're right on the market share, I'm interested in seeing how much it dips, according to the release/and or lack of game releases.
Ah my housemate has one of those <3 He got it imported from Japan a while back but he only has two games, A car one.. and Dynasty Warriors (yay) but I have to say it is rather impressive. The screen is really good quality and all the game are crystal clear, everything just looks visually stunning and since he sits there playing it for hours Im sure its a great machine.
I still want a DS though... just so I can play Animal Crossing, Mario and Wario Wares <3!
