Hi! In Newtown (Sydney), I believe there's a vegan bake sale planned for the market (opposite Newtown station) on 25 July - but get there fairly early, because last month they sold out by about midday. There's also an amazing vegan breakfast place called Naked Espresso; it's only open on weekends, and it shares premises with Basil Pizza on King St.

That's all I've got - I'll be watching with interest to see what others suggest.

Alas I'll still be in Perth for the bake sale. And I think you are the 4th person to suggest Basil Pizza and Naked Cafe... I'm definately checking them out!

Yeah, so we should definitely make a day (although we can't squeeze everything in in just one day) of it. Don't know if you've experienced it, but there's also Green Gourmet and Green Palace in Newtown. Badde Manors in Glebe. Peace Harmony near Wynyard. Mother Chu's near Town Hall. Mad Pizza in Newtown also does vegan pizza.

Cassie, Andrew, Nez and I (and perhaps some others) could have a dinner/lunch/breakfast somewhere with you. :)

We used to stop off at Green Gorment and the ice cream place in Newtown when heading back to Canberra!

Love to do a meet up, won'te be up that way until 4/5/6 August or so (zebrallama and I are road tripping) :)

Not quite sure if I'll get that far, is there anywhere that is specifically good?

I doubt we'll get there, but I hope we do. I love Byron.
