I love that you post recipes! I do it too, and it's always nice to see what other friends make & gives me new suppers lol. Sounds yummy, I would have to tone down the spice though.. I'm a pansy

It's neat to see your post, because you post a lot of Asian (I think?) stuff that I've never been exposed to. I'm used to good 'ole Southern soulfood :P

I wonder how this would taste without the Rotel and salsa, because I'm extremely picky but this sounds amazing minus those two things, lol. Maybe I should try it..

i tasted some of the chicken before i put the salsa and stuff in it, and it was real good. spicy but good :)
