Define patriotism, if you dare!

Been thinking a lot about patriotism and I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to live in America today and define the term. Take, for example, something I heard on NPR today, travelling home. It seems that the African trips by Condi Rice and Mr. Bush were really primarily about finding cheap bodies for our private contract Iraq war. I mean,
