Are most of the journals here are friends only these days? I am new and intend to keep mine open to everyone but am wondering if the old timers here know something I haven't learned yet and that's why most are keeping the journals friends only.

I post a lot of things I'd rather not risk just anyone finding, especially anyone I know. I imagine that's how it is for many people.
