Huge Chunk of Ice Cracks Up Off Antarctica

Let's hope it doesn't take a chunk the size of Texas to garner some interest from world leaders.

We'll be finding dinosaur fossils in Antarctica at this rate.

World leaders definitely need to get their thumbs out of their asses and at least come up with a viable solution to work towards instead of pointing fingers and doing nothing. Throwing money at the problem isn't the solution either.

On this particular event though, it says that it's routine for this time of year as summer is approaching and that it reforms again repeatedly. Let's hope that continues to be the case.

That's just it. We don't know if it will continue it's normal cycle.

I'm trying to make better choices to reduce my carbon footprint. I want solar film on the part of my roof that faces west and is hidden from neighbors. Running our a/c systems in the summertime off solar energy would be sweet.
