Mexican Hotdogs?

I am here to report there is such a thing! We went over to a friend's home last nite & had Mexican hotdogs! She is from Mexico & this is apparently a common dish there. It certainly adds a level of complexity to the humble wiener

Why did I not think to get a picture? I know, because: a) My hands were covered in aforementioned condiments so there was no way I was touching my phone & b) they didn't stay around for long. :D

A pic would have capped it, tho. You were certainly good about making w/ the pics on your food adventures. I actually made something relatively healthy the other nite as a science project that came out nice. I will have to make it again & make notes.
