Reminiscent of Sears in the old days, BB&B has an amazing return policy! One of our kitchen knives that we received off our registry has developed a crack in the handle. Mind you, we received this in May 08 & have been using it since then. I was hoping that they would do an exchange at least, but I didn't know what the actual policy was. She asked ( Read more... )

my mom bought a nautica comforter from them this spring. unfortunately, when we were home, Lily had a tiny cut on her foot and we didn't realise it - little blood spots all over. so we did the responsible thing and sent it to the dry cleaners, who in turn ruined it completely - big splotches of cleaner, wadded up padding in various places.....

so janicles called BBB and told them what happened - they told her they didn't have any more in stock but they'd order a new one for her free of charge! can you believe that? not even their fault - not even nautica's fault - and they're giving her a brand spanking new one! oh, and she got it when it was on sale - now they're back up to their ridiculously high full price. BBB completely rock!

Wow! That is an even more incredible story! I tell you, to be able to keep up these generous return policies in the current economic environment is impressive, to say the least.
