so janicles called BBB and told them what happened - they told her they didn't have any more in stock but they'd order a new one for her free of charge! can you believe that? not even their fault - not even nautica's fault - and they're giving her a brand spanking new one! oh, and she got it when it was on sale - now they're back up to their ridiculously high full price. BBB completely rock!
