Whoa, I just heard about that, like, 5 minutes ago! He was a black guy. What was his angle? 2nd Amendment? Did he say he was pro or against reform?

I just read a story about this. Looks like it's totally legal to wave an assault rifle around in a crowd of people outside of the building where the President is speaking without a permit... in Phoenix.

The guy said he was carrying the gun "because he can." Google-News "rifle" you'll find a crapload of articles.

the black panthers in cali did it, "just because they could" too. not having a good reason to arrest them, caused cali to freak out and ban that idea for a long long time.

The fact that if you call out the racism, people get so mad they will track down your personal information to CALL YOU and tell you they ain't no damn racist is enough to make me think that we may never outgrow the 50's.

Yep. They called my home phone (which I never answer) after I pointed out the racists statements of "birthers" on a site covering TV News, of all places.
