[Vincent has Kimiko's goggles. He knows they're hers, he's seen her in them, he remembers them from yesterday. He does REMEMBER, after all.

He doesn't say anything after her transmission for a rather long time, not a word or a sound or a hint of a transmission. He shouldn't bother, it's not as if she'll want to hear from him again after what happened--if she recognized Chaos as him, which...she probably did. There's a distinct resemblance.

A research project. I need to get to the far end of Carnival, but everyone who goes in there tends to die. It's incredibly dangerous.

When people die here, they come back to life. At the other end of Carnival is the woman who controls the system that brings us back.

And Carnival is incredibly dangerous. Probably for just that reason.
