Exercises:
(1) Learn to switch between the two directions.
(2) Practice switching until it switches at every turn.
(3) Recognize and see that the image is, in fact, flat and that no spinning whatsoever is occurring.

I can't manage 2 or 3 (yet). I imagine 3 would be the hardest.
There is also a 3rd possibility, where he legs move in a sort of figure 8 motion, changing direction each half turn. That one looks a bit odd though.

Ok I got it spinning in both directions.. but dam it seems more like the imaged changed then my perception of it.
