greens+ is very good for you! Fruit smoothies are yummy and you can add the greens+ to it.

PS - I think you still have a book I loaned you a year ago :P

Hey, I finally found the link to your journal (it was in my old computer)!

What to put in a smoothie? Chocolate. Everything's better with chocolate. Erm, except yoghurt. We did a soy milk/cocoa/banana/whey powder smoothie yesterday which went down really fast.

Did your smoothie turn brown after adding an apple? I'm going to have to try a melon smoothie with Cameron. He quite likes watching things get whooshed together in the blender.

mmm... cocoa! Yes, I'll definitely try it. Just apple is a bit brown, but there's usually enough other stuff in there to overwhelm it. I definitely recommend the watermelon... it thins it out nicely. Hmmm... I wonder if I should try cantaloupe?

Also, I did giggle at the spock ears! :)
