I know we weren't too close or anything, but I know (somewhat at least) what you're going through. I was definitely at the point of pushing everyone away AND blaming myself for the way I was rather than my condition at the time. I'm not sure it's something you ever shake 100% but it's something that can definitely get better.

If you ever need to vent out anything, let me know. I'm a good sounding board for stuff like that for some reason.
