So a client walks in with her aunt asking to speak with her case manager. Because I'm the receptionist I had to tell her that drop in visits are $100 dollars. Most people then shut up and go home. Not this one. She said ok. $100 bucks for a conversation you could have just as easily spent $10 dollars on with a telephone call. Good job you
