I'm tempted by this site. I've had my own system I've been using, but I've really plateaued recently, and I'm still a ways to go from my ideal weight. May have to give it a try. Thanks for the link!

And yea -- I totally hear you on the eating-the-same-amount-as-your-SO thing. I do the same thing far too often. It's just easier to divide stuff evenly and follow your partner's lead on how to eat it.
I found another good thing to do is to get The Boy involved. If it's "hey -- I'm doing this. Would you like to do it with me?" or just "head's up.", it really helps.
That sounds like a really healthy program to work with. Yay for actually taking a sane and stepwise approach!
