Detox Done!

I finished the detox on Saturday and was able to return to normal eating on Sunday.  I stayed on track as much as possible with the program and ended up losing 6 pounds!  Of course Sunday was somewhat of a celebration day during which I gained 2 pounds back.  But now I'm on track again for this week with healthy eating.  The only thing I hate about ( Read more... )

I don't know. The first few days of food journaling are stupid, but after a bit, it can be kind of helpful/useful/cathartic. It definitely helps me pinpoint what is a legitimate craving and what is just a "I'm thirsty/sad/frustrated/bored/it was there" craving. Plus, the guilt of thinking "man, I'm going ot have to write this Snickers down... do I really want it?" :-)
