Making friends and finding people to hang out with has never been so difficult. I try really I do. And goddamn it I was doing so well at keeping myself entertained and upbeat. Stupid needing human companionship. I'm on the verge of selling my free time to little old ladies who are lonely too. At least we could knit together

I've just now noticed that living in a basement bedroom with frosted windows is very very conducive to random dance parties with yourself. Specifically with the Mighty Mighty Bosstones turned on full blast.
Does anyone remember those pink and green cookies they used to sell at Safeway? They were kind of fluffy looking but when you bit into them they kind of crumbled. I think I remember them having small bits of chocolate too. My mom called them divinity cookies but I'm sure they weren't as soft as regular divinity. This was a long time ago.

Holy shit I spent waay too much money today!! I almost . . . almost feel guilty about it.
Plus I think I have knitter's ADD. If one of my professors is wearing an interesting sweater then I'll pretty much just stare at it and not listen to a word they're saying. Sorry Dr. Maccarone, I wasn't really staring at your chest, I just love your sweater.

I just brought home a scaly friend. He is a betta named Spartacus (pronounced in a New York accent) and he lives in a medium size bowl with roman columns. It's so nice to be needed by something.
