Ripe - Actually "a vegetarian cookzine" - Issue 4 - The only thing I've tried from it so far is a tahini dressing that it suggests you put over steamed greens. (1/4 c. tahini, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1 T tamari, 1 T maple syrup, 1 t grated ginger root OR 1 clove garlic, grated) I've been using Ginger People grated ginger from a jar, which I also love.
