Meaghan has cleared up the whole thing... at least we hope so. She waylaid the neighbour on a walk home after class and slyly brought up the subject. As it turns out I'm a doppelganger of his old love. Ick. She tried to tell him why it was dangerous to the heart to act on memories like that. It was rather hard to get the point across apparently.
