Rules
Rules:
1) Autumn Flowers Academy is an all-girls boarding school in England. This is a genderswap roleplay, so if you’d like to play someone who’s male in real life, you’re going to make them female in the roleplay. If your character is female in real life, she’s still female in the role play.
2) You may play bandom characters or any other celebrities. No OCs-your character has to be google-able.
3) If you’re making a male character female, change their first name to a feminine form of their real name. If their name doesn’t have a feminine form, at least use the same first letter. Last names don’t change. Nicknames may stay if it still fits the feminine form (i.e. Josephine Trohman can still be called Jo/Joe, but Gabriella Saporta can't be called Gabe).
4) Just because your character is being switched to female doesn’t mean you have permission to completely change the person. Know your character.
5) Autumn Flowers Academy has years 7-13. 7th-year students are only 11 years old, so be realistic when it comes to relationships. An 11-year-old and a 17-year-old aren’t going to be having sex and a 12-year-old girl isn't going to be the whore of the school.
6) Fempreg has to be okayed with the mods. If your character is under 13 years old, they can’t have a baby. Pregnancies last about 3 months.
7) Put a quote in the subject line of your application so we can tell if you read the rules.
8) You must update every three weeks at least. Try to have some detail to the posts. These are teenaged girls; they can ramble about anything.
9) Hiatuses last four weeks. At the end of your hiatus, you have as long to update as you did before your hiatus. For example, if you have two weeks left until you have to post and you go on a hiatus, you have six weeks.
10) When the school year is over on June 30th, there is optional summer school. If your character wants to take any electives, they have to take summer school to catch up. If your character doesn’t want to take summer school, it’s up to them to connect with the other characters. School starts again on September 1st.
11) You must have an AIM and a LJ account for your character.
12) Basic rules apply. As in, no godmodding, no out of character to in character drama, good grammar and spelling, ect. We shouldn't have to remind you about this, really, but I understand there still are some people that don't listen.
13) Don't forget to put a disclaimer on your journal profile. No one wants to get sued, right? Right.
