He should seek help for that particular problem. It's insane that he would even have it, but he definitely should seek help.

It's good that he is starting to talk about it but he needs to seek help. You have to decide if you ant to be there through it all and support him along the way or if it will just be too much. I don't know how much you love him, but if it were me, I would call off the wedding for now and help him get through this first.
