I really enjoyed Outliers because it provides more ammunition for what I already believe about success and intelligence. Nothing is more fun than a book that confirms your own prejudices.

Obama won Indiana, where the Klu Klux Klan was founded. He won Virginia, the former capitol of the Confederacy. I keep having to pinch myself. -

CNN's Campbell Brown talking to Charles Barkley about running for Alabama governor: "So are you going to run for governor? I plan on it in 2014. You are serious. I am, I can't screw up Alabama. There is no place to go but up in your view? We are number 48 in everything and Arkansas and Mississippi aren't going anywhere." -

I'm trying to build a list of English language newspapers that includes every country, all 192 of 'em (195 if you consider Kosovo, The Vatican, and Taiwan, as countries). I'm starting with easy ones Canada and Ireland. Wish me luck.
