Wow. I bow to your superior skillz. The best I've ever gotten is 2 $150.00 original prices dresses for $15 each. Of course, we don't have a Bloomingdales ere and the Macy's doesn't carry dresses that expensive. But amazing job. Hope the dress looks fantastic!
(as for wear to wear it, it is all about attitude. With the right shawl/jewelry/shoes, it should work for any wedding you aren't a bridesmaid at or any Christmas party, etc. And it is neutral enough and classic enough that you can get years of wear out of it. Though for 15 bucks, it isn't really a requirement (at 600, you'd need to wear it at least 15 times to make it pay back. ;) )
Ohhhh, the *original* price was the 1/3 of the stipend. I was trying to figure out how anyone could live on 45 dollars a month, but 1500-1800 makes way more sense.
What a gorgeous dress! There is so much to love about a) the dress and b) the receipt. Indeed, the savings line is chock full of awesome. *points to icon*

It fits and, well, at worst, I can probably go back and sell it online for wayyyyyyyyyy more than I purchased it for lol!!!
