That's so cool of them! Your world certainly has changed in the last few years.

It will also make it a lot easier to get to class once you exhaust your online course options.

If the explorer doesn't come with winter tires, don't expect the four-wheel drive to be magic. Mud and snow rated tires aren't really any better on ice than regular tires. I regularly see 4WD trucks in a ditch because their drivers get cocky on ice.

If it does have winter rated instead of M+S you are in great shape in the snow.
