I wanted to post this up here so that anyone that wants to help out can do so. I have a few friends out there who have allot of experience with ren-faires. The people running this don't really have so much of that and they can use all the help they can get. They asked me to help out, but I am overtaxed as it is and know nothing about ren-faires ( Read more... )

Unfortunatally due to last minute I doubt most will be able to attend the meeting. I will cross post for you though. One question is there an email addy to contact them directly?

I don't think I can do much, not having any ren faire experience, little time and less money to spare, but if I come across anyone who can help, I'll let them know. At least I do travel in those circles...

I'll be away the day of the meeting but when they hold the faire I will certainly try to attend. We hit a renfaire or two every year so going probably wouldn't be that much out of the budget. King Dick's is getting to be a bit of a PITA anyways. I could do with an alternative, and I'd like to help these people.
