1. Still protects men from warts
2. Protects any women you sleep with by halting transmission (afaik hpv is commonly silent in men, so there's no drwaback really- ill expain if you want me to)
3. Protects men and women from oral cancer.
(tough of couse there's no such thing as oral sex in good christian science, so there's no connection..)

Has it been tested on men? In America, it's only being advertised as helping women.....

Well, it protects them from getting cervical cancer as a result of the infection. But they've gotta catch it of someone else.

its less dangerous for men, but you'll still spread it to your partner(s) once you've got it. -Not aware of any generalised recommendation though.
