OH DEAR! AUTUMN! You, my friend, are very naughty! VERY VERY naughty. I can't believe you missed your first lecture to read the end of HBP. AND DON'T TELL ME WHAT HAPPENS! I have only read up to Harry finding the Potions book that belongs to the HBP. *goes back to reading it*
hehehe. i know, im naughty.. but you see, it was something that had to happen... i didnt actually skip uni to read it, i just read until 3am monday morning and then didnt wake up until midday- missing my first lecture, oops. thats ok tho, introductory lectures are always a bore and all of them say a similar thing. you get like, one or two important bits of information from them, and i got those bits from some of my friends so its all ok. :) i got all the necessary information. where are you up to now?
YOU'VE NEVER STARTED READING THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANY OF THEM!!??????????/ SERIOUSLY???????????????????? ALEX!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO AND READ THEM!!!!!!! NOW!!!!!!
i agree, i cried the whole time too. i didnt see the betrayal, i didn't see the false HRCX, i didn't see the death, i didnt see who was the halfblood prince.
i am obviously very open to the unexpected, to the point where i didn't expect anything.
i think this book lived up to the others the exact amount that i thought it would, and im impressed with all the twists and turns that were in it.
all up i give this book a ten, as i did every toher Harry Potter book, because they are all great no matter how commercialised.
DITTO. they are really awesome arent they! im soooooooo dying for the next one. i was so happy with myself for predicting who the HBP was. yay! :) but as for the other stuff, no, i didnt see any of that coming. betrayal, false HRCX, death.... ahhhh. no it wasnt, it cant... just cant be... gone.... *whaaaa* i half expected *insert name here* to jump up and be ok and everything.. but they... was... buried!!!!! nooooooooooooooooo very very sad. Apparently rowling said she nearly cried writing that part. *sniffle*
i coudln't beleive it either. i seriously thought the same thing "its fake, he'll come back to life, just give it a paragraph or two.. come on now.."
maybe he'll come back as a ghost. doubt it though. it WOULD be cool.. i mean... but it doesn't.. argh!!
what really gets me though is that this reading of the book by JK rowling is to like, six year olds and i tell you this is NOT a childrens book. it never HAS been... man that gets me so riled. if this is made into a movie it'll be MA without question. a KIDS book??!?! NO NO NO NO NO! i hate that fact its adviertised that way!!
