The Poetry Lounge was fun tonight. I didn't have time to go, and that is why I am so glad that I went. Most of the stuff was cliched, but there were some breath-taking lines in all of it... some things that knocked my hat off (I wasn't wearing a hat - it was a figure of speech). Please pray for my mom. I hate that I can't be home right now to help with everything. No part of this situation is easy right now. There are many things that are good, but nothing is really easy. She has more than enough to deal with, and the list seems to be lengthening daily. So, as I said, your prayers would be appreciated.

I have a test and other things due tomorrow, but something is... stuck, I guess you could say, in my mind, and I think I should try to dislodge it here before I continue the study.
