I still am finding it hard to believe that I am here, and that I am experiencing the beauty of Tuscany with my own two eyes -- not just through a photograph.

Speaking of, my photoblog is featuring some shots I have taken since I have been in the ( Read more... )

You can comment on them, Marcelle. ... I don't think you have to be a member of blogger to write comments. *shrugs*

It's nice hearing from you, and I hope you're doing well. I miss you!

I wish I had a free weekend to travel, but I don't. A good friend of mine is traveling Europe right now, and she said Barcelona was her favorite city so far.

Where were you in Spain last summer? How are you doing?

Heh, I didn't think Italy would look so run-down. *lol* I mean the houses, not your pics! I really love those. Especially the racing photos, there are some really awesome shots in there!

I was wondering about the title though, is that Dutch ('Wan der Lust')?

Haha. Actually, some buildings look run-down from the outside, but the interiors are amazing. I'm glad you like the photos, though.

No, the title is an english word: wanderlust. I just put the spaces in there from the definition because I thought it looked cool...

Oooh. I didn't know that was an English word. Does it mean you have joy in traveling? Because then it would be actually a German word. *lol* The thing is, when you put it with spaces, it always looked like "Wahn der Lust" which would mean delusion of lust, so that's why I wondered. *lol*

Yes, it means a love for wandering. So pretty much a joy for traveling.

Haha. No, it is definitely not the delusion of lust. ... I mean, I suppose it could turn into that, but not right now.

Hi, friend.

It was absolutely insane last night. I have never seen so many people in Cortona, and everyone was chanting and cheering. It was crazy, and so much fun to be a part of.

I am having tons-o-fun and being safe, but am not hooking up with lots of hot Italian guys. I actually haven't found too many, and I think it probably wouldn't go over too well with the boyfriend back home. Heh..

Love you! I hope you're having a lovely summer, too!
