Thijs & me just broke up after almost six years.

It was the most unmessy break-up in the history of mankind, I'm sure. Shit, we laughed.

This is straaaaaaange!

(And I'm not listening to this song because it fits but because I have done so for two weeks haha... I shamelessly love it)

dude, seriously, I completely understand. This last time Jacob and I broke up, we had been lying in bed, talking things through and then he was like "wait, so did we just break up?" and I said, "Yeah, I think we did."
It was so weird...
Is it terrible that I'm actually relieved I'm not the only one who has gone through a strange breakup?

Aww. You know, it's weird to break up like this (especially because I feel just incredibly happy about it), but it's so good. Break-ups are 'bad' enough without additional drama :)

I just spoke him on the phone (he's gone for the weekend, which has nothing to do with our break-up) and it was just good times, you know. There's no weirdness or regret or anger between us, I think it's great :)
