I played the flute for 8 years but have not picked it up to play in *gasp* 12 years. The good thing is for some reason the skill never leaves but it would take a few lessons to get back up to par. My hubby played the trumpet for 6 years and even made 1st trumpet and was in Jazz band in HS. But like me he did not keep going thru college and now it sits gathering dust.

meh...at this point i think my money's on photography. i just don't have the same drive to create music as i used to. sad, but true. s'pose we have to pick our art eventually...up til several years ago it was music, photo, design and writing for me - maybe some sculpting and painting on the side...i think it's been wheedled down to photography. still *enjoy* the rest, for sure, but i got over being a starving artist years ago so i know i have to pick *one*...
