What's annoying is to come to these sort of conscious realizations and then find you're still limited to 24 hours per day, and at least 8 of those need to be sleep if you want to remain human and fit for companionship (at least, that's how I tick. I seem to remember you might require quite a bit less sleep than I).
What I find surprising about this kind of reflection is that by doing such prioritizing consciously, I discover that often the things I have been committing my time to are not always the things that I really *mean* to, and habit is no excuse for not getting what you want out of life. :)

i've actually tried keeping track of what i spend my free(non-work) time on. TV and games are the biggest offenders, but i often don't have the capacity for much else...though i think that is a learned behavior that i have to unlearn...as with my sleeping habits...working on it.
i do miss our email exchanges, btw, i don't know if you got my most recent, or that i'd be much use these days, but i did enjoy them...

And you are *always* help, and useful. Often, in ways that keep revealing themselves much later...
