dude, both of you, DO THAT. I do it. I started it a year or two ago-- pretty much HAD to do that, in Germany. I get compliments on it a lot, people who say "man, I wish I could be as forward as you are." Just DO it, realize that the worst that can happen is that people think you're weird and not worth their time, in which case, they're probably not worth yours. And all you need is for it to work out ONCE and you've made a terrific friendship. And that's always worthwhile.

i would switch my major to theatre, apply to schools with good programs, and work to become a movie or stage director and or producer.
