oh wonderful...well I was talking with another English teacher today who's branch is on the European side in Mecidiyekoy, and there's an elevated highway that runs over that square (I've been there, so I knew what he was talking about), and so his classroom looks out over the high way and apparently the other day he was teaching and a tractor truck crashed up on the highway, hit like the meridian, bounced back, then hit the safety wall, turned up and toppled over the side down into the square and landed nose-dive style into a car waiting at a stoplight. Both occupants walked away. I told him, 'This is why Turks always write "masallah" or "allah korusun" over all vehicular objects.' (=God protect)
