I bought some Cookie Crunch cereal the other day, thinking to myself, "Oh, I bet it's a lot like Cookie Crisp. I like Cookie Crisp. Sure, I'll give it a try." When I tried some this morning I found it to be quite lacking, a most pale imitation indeed. So when struck by the desire to eat chocolate-laden cookies for breakfast, I suggest sticking with

Store brand kids' cereals often pale in comparison. And now I want some Cookie Crisp :P

It wasn't store brand, though - Kellog's makes it! It's supposed to be based on Keebler Fudge Stripe and Chips Deluxe cookies.

That sounds like it would make for weird cereal. Then again, I always found those to be pretty bland cookies. (I make the best cookies. They have cinnamon in them.)
