Well now, having gone through my pictures of events and such from the past 3-4 years. I found that myself at 170 is still pretty fat. New goal: 155. Its really going to be a bitch to get down that low...I don't think I've ever been at 155.

155 is pretty low. I'm at 160 ish. I don't know if it's healthy.

I dont know if 155 is something you can keep up without serious routined diet and training. I'm going to set myself at 155-160. I was 145 like... 3-4 years ago. Nothing but ribcage. Currently 167 with a beer belly. Lots and lots of cardio for me.

Wow 145 and nothing but ribcage...well to think about it, Bemans only 125 and pretty much nothing but ribcage, aha. Yea, it'll be tough ass hell to get to 155, and will require a shit load of cardio and pretty much a clean diet, no more damn MSGed up chinese food for me, aha. You actually have a beerbelly now?
