I detest wearing shorts. Let's get that out in the open. I don't really have pretty legs, and right now they're covered in eczema scars. So I've tried to wear jeans for the most part. During the week, it's not really a problem, as I'm in an air-conditioned office for five hours. This is the subject of Mom's latest tirade: my phobia of bare legs.

Eeek! I hate wearing shorts too. I have scrawny little legs that have scratches and scars all over them (monuments to the rough housing as a child), and my mom freaks out when I step out in 100 degree weather wearing jeans.
