I took an ASL class a zillion years ago. I've forgotten most of what I learned because I didn't practice it over the years. But I do remember back when it was fresh in my mind and I had some opportunities to use it, that I was glad to be able to communicate some basic stuff. Go for it!

Why wouldn't you just sign an L then milk then coffee. That would be faster. Because a latte is basically milk coffee...whatev.

I love ASL. I've taken a class before and had deaf friends, but I don't know much. Enough to be polite. More than I know in German even. I've been thinking about taking it in class again. I wonder if there's a class at ACC, I bet there is.
